Thailand digital arrival card is now mandatory for every foreign visitor
Paper forms are gone. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card must be filed online within three days before you arrive, including for land and sea borders.

The form asks for passport details, flight or vehicle details, accommodation and a short health declaration. You receive a confirmation to keep on your phone.
There is no fee. Any site charging for the submission is unofficial — use the government portal only.
Immigration officers are checking the confirmation at the counter. Travellers who have not filed it are being asked to complete it on the spot, which adds significant queue time at Bangkok during evening arrival peaks.
