Singapore expands passport-free clearance to all Changi terminals

Departing travellers are cleared by face and iris scan without presenting a passport. The SG Arrival Card is still required for arrivals.

Automated lanes match your face against records captured on entry, so most departures need no document at all.

Arrivals must still submit the free SG Arrival Card, including a health declaration, within three days before arriving.

Passengers on short transits do not need the card if they stay airside and do not clear immigration.
