The ETA is available for tourism, business, study, medical treatment and Umrah outside the Hajj season. Apply online before travelling.
The ETA is valid for 730 days from issue and allows multiple entries, but the total stay must not exceed 180 days across that period. Hajj requires a separate Hajj visa.
An ETA does not include health insurance. Visas issued before the ETA was introduced remain valid under their original conditions and dates.
