Saudi Arabia introduces a multiple-entry electronic travel authorisation
British citizen passport holders can apply online before travel for a Saudi electronic travel authorisation (ETA), valid for 730 days. It allows multiple entries with a total stay of up to 180 days across that period.

The ETA is available for tourism, business, study, medical treatment and Umrah outside the Hajj season. Apply online before travelling.
The 180-day stay allowance is the total across the full 730-day validity period, not an allowance for each visit. Hajj requires a separate Hajj visa.
The ETA does not include health insurance. Visas issued before the ETA was introduced remain valid under their original conditions and dates.
