EU Entry Exit System applies to trips from Turkey to Greek islands
Greece has introduced the EU Entry Exit System (EES), including for day trips from Turkey to Greek islands. Travellers should allow extra time for border processing.

The FCDO says EES applies to non-EU nationals travelling from Turkey into the EU by land, sea or air, excluding airport transit.
Completing EES processing may take each passenger a few extra minutes. Check the FCDO's Greece travel advice for further details before travelling.
